📣Autumn Summit: Registration now open!
The Anne Lister Research Summit is hosted by Packed with Potential, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting accessible, collaborative research on Anne Lister and her contemporaries.
Since 2020, the Summit has been an international gathering space for researchers and enthusiasts, brought to life entirely by a robust team of dedicated volunteers who've generously offered their time and expertise. It's a level of commitment that money can't buy, and we're overflowing with gratitude for their indispensable contributions.
We do a lot with a little: on average, organizing the Summit costs between $600-$900 per year. We keep expenses low through a DIY ethos and lightweight tools, but your support helps us deliver a professional and engaging experience for everyone involved. Your support helps cover:
Event and communication tools
Web hosting and storage
Design and content management tools
Speaker thank-you cards and small gifts
If you’d like to support the Summit, you’ll see a donation ticket option during registration – it’s completely optional! Free tickets remain available to everyone, but for those who’d like to chip in, we welcome the support. Every little bit helps keep the Summit thriving, accessible, and open to all.
