Anne Lister Research Summit 2022

For the third Summit, the imagery focused on another of Anne Lister's ascents, Pic du Midi d'Ossau.

The sun-lit peak with clouds covering the mountain in the background convey a sense of adventure and challenge in the pursuit of knowledge, much like an ascent up a mountain. The reflection of Pic du Midi and its surroundings on the tranquil surface of Lac Gentau in the foreground represents the need for reflection and contemplation as part of the process of learning and understanding.
