Call for participation

Are you a passionate Anne Lister researcher or enthusiast? Do you want to connect with others who share your interest in uncovering and understanding the lives of Anne Lister and her circle? Then we invite you to participate in the 2023 Anne Lister Research Summit!

Our goal is to bring together people from all over the world to share knowledge, develop collaborations, and promote a greater understanding of Anne Lister and her contemporaries. We believe in open, collaborative, and accessible research, and we want to foster a growing global community of Anne Lister enthusiasts. 

We want to hear from you about the topics and interests that are important to you and reflect what our community is looking for. So please share your ideas and expertise with us and help us create a program that covers a variety of interests and topics within the realm of Anne Lister research. 

What facilitated discussions, workshops, or showcases do you want to see? Would you like to share how you are conducting research to date? What open discussions would you like to have among other Summit participants? Do you have an idea for a fun community-building activity or game?

The call for participation will be open between 15 April and 1 June, 2023.
